What was your greatest professional accomplishment in 2014? - Lydia Chesnick of Bernkopf Goodman

December 24, 2014 - Spotlights

Lydia Chesnick, Bernkopf Goodman

I represent a number of small and family owned businesses. For this sector, every transaction has a significant impact on the well being of the principals and their companies. My role is to facilitate resolution and provide the needed support and strategy, while protecting my clients' interests. The relationships forged enable my clients to keep their primary focus on their companies' productivity and profitability. In 2014, through artful drafting and negotiating, I successfully assisted in the documentation of beneficial contractual relationships, resolution of intercompany disputes and facilitation of the entry into and exiting from complex, joint venture investments. While my practice traverses a diverse spectrum of clients, I find these types of accomplishments exceptionally gratifying and feel so fortunate for the resulting, enduring relationships.
