Christie and McGee of NAI Hunneman brokers $1.8 million sale of Revere mill building

NAI Hunneman, a leading provider of commercial real estate services, brokered the $1.8 million sale of an 18-unit property located 770 Revere Beach Parkway. Executive vice president/principal Carl Christie, assisted by sales associate Dan McGee represented the seller Zampic LLC and procured the buyer CMS Partners. "The building drew heavy interest from the investor community due to its strong location, attractive interior features and positive cash flow due to its full occupancy," said Christie Formerly known as Slades's Mill the building is a historic tidal powered spice mill that was converted to an 18-unit multifamily property in 2003. It is located 13 minutes north of downtown Boston and accessible to I-93 via Rtes. 1 and 1A as well as public transportation via the MBTA Blue line at Beachmont Station.
