Atlantic Property Management expands facilities maintenance platform: Assigned two new facility management contracts in RI

Boston, MA Atlantic Property Management (APM) has expanded its internal facilities maintenance and operations platform and has been assigned two new facility management contracts in Rhode Island. The properties will undergo redevelopment and repositioning as APM provides comprehensive facility management and vendor management services designed to support ownership through every phase of the process.

The expansion of APM’s facilities management platform strengthens the firm’s ability to self-perform and directly manage key building operations, including preventive maintenance, mechanical system oversight, energy and sustainability initiatives, life-safety inspections, and vendor coordination. This integrated model ensures tighter quality control, faster response times, and measurable cost savings – critical advantages for ownership groups managing transitional or value-add assets.

“Our expanded facilities maintenance platform allows us to deliver the same high standard of performance and accountability that defines our property management operations,” said Patrick Glynn, COO of Atlantic Property Management. “By leveraging in-house expertise, we can offer a more proactive and cost-effective solution to support clients during complex redevelopment and repositioning efforts.”

With these new assignments, Atlantic Property Management continues to grow its presence throughout New England, managing a diverse portfolio of office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties for institutional owners, investors and developers.

“As ownership groups look to stabilize and reposition properties in a challenging market, they need partners who can provide immediate operational control and long-term value creation,” said Chad Boulay, national director at Atlantic. “Our facilities platform is built for that – offering institutional ownership the ability to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance asset performance from day one.”
