A.W. Perry and Conrad Group arrange 5,000 s/f lease for South Shore Medical Center

A.W. Perry signed two new tenants to South Shore Park, South Shore Medical Center (SSMC) and Best Chevrolet. South Shore Medical Center recently signed a lease for 5,000 s/f at 35 Pond Park Rd. which will be utilized for lab space. Best Chevrolet signed a lease for 10,000 s/f at 3 Pond Park Rd. to house their parts distribution center. June Yuskowski vice president and property manager negotiated both leases on behalf of A.W. Perry. South Shore Medical Center was represented by Bob Conrad of The Conrad Group and Best Chevrolet was represented by Ned Havern of Cushman and Wakefield. According to Conrad, president of The Conrad Group, "This location was suitable for SSMC's long term plan for a lab. Centralizing the lab operations for them allows them to expand clinical operations in their three satellite operations." South Shore Park offers office, industrial and research and development space located off Rte. 3, at exit 15. It is located 15 miles from downtown Boston and six miles from Rte. 128.
