A.W. Perry forms Perry Brokerage Associates
A.W. Perry, Inc. has formed Perry Brokerage Associates. Building on A.W. Perry's more than 125 years of commercial property ownership, management, development and leasing, Perry Brokerage Associates will look to capitalize on real estate experience and will be an independent entity providing property leasing, sales and acquisition services, representing landlords and tenants in the Boston and south shore markets.
"Perry Brokerage Associates will provide broker services commensurate with the high level of quality and client satisfaction that the A.W. Perry name represents." said Richard Beal, president of Perry Brokerage.
