Everett, MA A.W. Perry, Inc. closed on the purchase of 373-383 Second St. The sale price was not disclosed. Located in a neighborhood that is undergoing multiple redevelopment projects, the property consists of 1.5 acres with a 20,000 s/f industrial/manufacturing structure and is located off of Rte. 16, one mile from the future Wynn Everett Resort & Casino and three blocks from the future MBTA Chelsea Commuter Rail station and the new Silver Line station.
