ABG brokers 25,000 s/f lease to Form Energy

Somerville, MA ABG Commercial Realty’s vice president Stephanie Deering and senior vice president Bernard Gibbons, brokered a lease agreement at 14 Kent St. between Form Energy and TYR Realty. Form Energy has leased 25,000 s/f and will occupy the entire building for research and development.

Form Energy is headquartered in the city and with employees in the San Francisco Bay area and the Pittsburgh metropolitan area, they are working to accelerate the development of their breakthrough low-cost energy storage technology to enable a reliable, secure, and fully renewable electric grid year-round.

Form Energy is in the works of developing a new type of rechargeable battery that can store electricity for 100 hours.
