Abo of Colliers Dow & Condon brokers 8,000 s/f $550,000 sale
Richard Abo of Colliers Dow & Condon was the broker in the sale of 359 North Main St. The 8,000 s/f industrial building was sold for $550,000.
The building will be occupied by United Abrasives, Inc. of North Windham. The seller was Haug Development of Sarasota, Fla.
