Abo of Colliers Dow & Condon sells 37,500 s/f bldg. for $950,000
Soldream Inc. of Tolland will relocate to 129 Reservoir Rd. upon purchase and renovation of the building. The sale price was $950,000.
The property is 5.23 acres with a 37,500 s/f industrial building with I-84 visibility.
Richard Abo of Colliers Dow & Condon was the sole broker.
The seller was ICU Medical Sales Inc. of San Clemente, Calif. Soldream Inc. is a machine shop specializing in aerospace parts manufacturing.
