Acella completes 28,000 s/f retail site for Carpionato

Acella Construction Corp. completed the construction of the 28,000 s/f Westerly Crossing retail shell, which is owned by Carpionato Properties, Inc. The project was completed in a six-month schedule. The complex foundations were completed in the winter allowing the project's completion, including paving and landscaping to be coordinated with adjacent projects. The new building includes structural steel, masonry façade, an exterior insulation finishing system (EIFS) and an aluminum storefront, which is planned for five tenants, which will include an Olympia Sports. Acella worked in conjunction with design team RGB Architecture.

Prescott IOS secures lease of 151 Rivermoor St. for Eastern Bus Co. at 151 Rivermoor St. in West Roxybury

West Roxbury, MA Prescott IOS has arranged an industrial outdoor storage lease for Eastern Bus Company at 151 Rivermoor St. David Skinner and Devon Wagner of Prescott IOS represented the tenant, while Caroline Munn nd Rob Byrne of CBRE represented the landlord, Feeney Brothers Real Estate. The 40,000 front foot site gives the bus operator secured yard space close to the routes it serves across Boston and the inner suburbs.
