Cambridge, MA Acentech has completed three new hires that include the following:

• Allie Lam, consultant: Lam recently joined Acentech’s Acoustics Group at its headquarters. She graduated from Tufts University in 2020, where she earned her B.S. in Music with a concentration in Acoustics and Music Technology, as well as a B.S. in Applied Mathematics. 

• Joshua Brophy, consultant: Brophy joined Acentech’s Acoustics Group at its headquarters. Before he discovered acoustics he worked as a film archivist. He became interested in acoustics through his hobbies of music performance and recording. While he was pursuing his master of science in Mechanical Engineering at Boston University he interned at Acentech. After graduating from BU in 2020, he joined the firm as a full-time consultant. 

Jonathan Goodrich, marketing assistant: Goodrich  joined Acentech’s marketing department at its headquarters. He earned his B.S. in Marketing with a concentration in marketing research and brand management from Suffolk University in 2020. He interned for Acentech during his senior year and joined Acentech after graduation. Goodrich supports clients by creating qualification materials. He also works on a wide variety of marketing and PR initiatives, and monitors the digital analytics.
