Acentech Inc.'s board of directors names Zapfe company president

According to Acentech Inc., Jeffrey Zapfe, Ph.D., has been named president, by the company's board of directors. Dr. Zapfe most recently served as the director of Acentech's noise and vibration group. He assumes the role of president from Chris Savereid, who served as Acentech's president for the past seven years and will continue his consulting work with the firm. "It is a challenging yet exciting time to take on the role of president of Acentech," said Dr. Zapfe. "Despite uncertain economic times, Acentech is uniquely positioned to compete in this marketplace, with new technologies and expanding services that enhance the depth and breadth of experience that our consultants bring to every project. I am energized by these exciting offerings, and look forward to helping Acentech grow in the years to come."
