ADP Service Corporation* (ADPSC) has provided design, construction and management services for prestigious corporate, retail and industrial projects throughout Fairfield and Westchester Counties since 1988. Over the last 20 years they have completed over ten million s/f of construction as a general contractor and construction manager on a wide range of projects, ranging from 1,000 to 250,000 s/f. In addition to completing the required applications and paperwork for the Energy Star Ratings, ADP Service Corp.'s construction management team handled the replacement of HVAC fans, water pumps, garage and common area lighting and fixtures with new tenant installations, as well as generator and elevator mechanical equipment upgrades and replacement of cooling towers that facilitated meeting the strict award requirements.
ADP Service Corp. has completed upgrades for tenants including FactSet Research Systems, GE Commercial Finance, Financial Accounting Standards Board, Advantage Sales & Marketing, Virgin Atlantic Airways, University of Phoenix, Marsh/Mercer Companies, and Hewitt Associates. Areas of work include Westchester County, Fairfield County, New Haven County and Hartford County.
CEO John Crosby who has over 45 years experience as an architect and developer heads ADP Service Corp. John, together with Albert Phelps, master planned the highly acclaimed Merritt 7 Corporate Park, and oversees the day to day operations of ADP Service Corp.
Keith Crosby, vice president construction services, brings over 20 years construction experience to the firm. Prior to joining ADP Service Corp. in 1995, Keith was employed by the renowned developer/general contractor The Fusco Corporation as a surveyor, superintendent and project manager. Since then, Keith has spearheaded the growth of ADPSC as a well respected general contractor.
