Advantage Construction completed construction on two new Valenti auto dealerships and showrooms. The facilities are located next door to one another on Langworthly Rd.
Valenti Toyota, a 30,274 s/f facility, was constructed from the ground up in 5 and a half months. The dealership was constructed out of a combination of glass curtainwall as well as Toyota's signature silver and red ACM insulated panels on the exterior front and sides. A 1,500 s/f Novum wall which includes the dealer logo was installed in the entranceway.
The 10,947 s/f service shop is fully air conditioned and features energy efficient T-5 lighting fixtures, fast-acting Rytec doors and a sealed concrete floor with 19 service bays.
The 4,928 s/f showroom contains tile flooring, recessed fluorescent lighting and houses 12 sales stations. A mezzanine holds executive offices as well as a training facility for in-house employee training sessions.
Advantage also performed major renovations next door at the former Toyota site. The building underwent exterior façade renovations to transform the building to Valenti Subaru. The Subaru slate icon tower was constructed at the showroom entrance and contains the 36-inch Subaru Star Cluster. Other exterior updates include blue and silver ACM paneling on the front of the building and painted EFIS on the sides. The showroom, service waiting area and restrooms all received finish upgrades. Advantage had to perform the renovations while business was being conducted in the 4,000 s/f showroom.
Both Valenti Toyota and Valenti Subaru were completed on schedule and on budget.
