Cregan and Crecelius of Paramount Props. lease 6,000 s/f office/showroom/flex; landlord is Link Commercial, tenant is Focus Concepts

Daniel Cregan and Cris Crecelius of Paramount Properties Group, Inc. have leased 6,000 s/f of office/showroom and flex space to Focus Concept at 380 Jefferson Blvd. Focus Concept is relocating from a smaller space in Warwick and this new location will serve as its USA corporate offices and showroom for its China based parent company involved in the jewelry business. Cregan represented the landlord in the transaction, Link Commercial Properties LLC and Crecelius was the broker for Focus Concept.
