Advantage Const. to renovate Chambers' Saab/Porsche dealership

Advantage Construction, Inc. has been awarded the Herb Chambers Porsche/Saab of Boston contract. This is a renovation of the existing Saab dealership and showroom to incorporate the Porsche brand. Renovations to the showroom include a new ceiling, new tile flooring, painting and some new lighting fixtures. The customer lounge and waiting area will also receive fresh paint and new carpeting. The 25,000 s/f facility is located at 1172 Commonwealth Ave. This urban address makes for tight site conditions for deliveries and subcontractor parking. Construction is scheduled to be complete in February 2011. This is the third project that Advantage has completed for The Herb Chambers Companies.
