Advantage Construction awarded NeedleTech project
Advantage Construction was awarded the design build contract for the renovation of NeedleTech's headquarters.
The 51,000 s/f building was purchased by Theragenics Corp. from Tyco and has the potential for a 20,000 s/f expansion. Advantage will demo the interior of the building to clear out the existing layout and perform a complete renovation including all new HVAC and roof. The sales and administrative side of the facility will house cubicle areas, conference rooms and a 60 employee lunch room. The manufacturing area will include a metal fabrication room, molding room and grinding room as well as a package, shipping and receiving area.
