Affordable Housing Finance Magazine ranks Dakota Partners as number 34 on Top 50 Affordable Housing Developers list

Waltham, MA According to Dakota Partners, a leading real estate development firm specializing in the creation of affordable housing, it has ranked as number 34 on Affordable Housing Finance (AHF) Magazine’s “Top 50 Affordable Housing Developers” list for 2022.

AHF Magazine’s annual list highlights the top organizations in the affordable housing sector based on their significant contributions to the development of affordable housing units across the United States. The list serves as a benchmark for excellence and acknowledges the achievements of companies committed to providing affordable housing opportunities for individuals and families in need.
