Aho of O’Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. brokers $1.8 million building sale
Hudson, MA Joel Aho of O’Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. represented Pillar Realty, LLC in the sale of a 17,716 s/f office property at 131 Coolidge St. The property sold for $1.8 million.
The buyer was 131 Coolidge, LLC and Competitive Crotty, LLC.
A large portion of the building was leased at the time of the sale.
