Aho of Aho Properties arranges two sales totaling $2.35 million

33-45 West Adams Street - Lowell, MA

Lowell, MA Joel Aho, president of Aho Properties, LLC, has completed two deals. They include the following: 

Aho represented ownership in the sale of 33-45 West Adams St. for $1.65 million to the University of Massachusetts Lowell. The sale came after a competitive bid situation that resulted in the final sale price being well above the most recent asking price of $1.5 million. The 28,140 s/f building is located on 0.82 acres of industrial zoned land.

20 Taylor Street - Littleton, MA

Aho also represented the buyer in  the purchasing of 20 Taylor St. in Littleton Mass. for $700,000. The 4,702  s/f building is located on 0.89 acres of industrial zoned land.  The buyer will be utilizing the property for their operations.
