Aho of Aho Properties brokers $1.3 million sale
Billerica, MA Joel Aho president of Aho Properties LLC represented the seller, 221 Boston Road LLC, in the sale of a 12,472 s/f office/retail/medical building at 221 Boston Rd. for $1.3 million.
Gregory Lombardi purchased the property for his landscape design company to occupy the second floor while keeping the current pharmacy tenant and renting out the rest of the first floor to medical tenants.
