Aho of Aho Properties brokers $2.1 million office building sale
Leominster, MA Joel Aho of Aho Properties, LLC represented 15 Monument Square Leominster LLC in the purchase of 15 Monument Sq. for $2.1 million.
The property is 26,411 s/f on 1.39 acres. TD Bank was the seller and executed a leaseback on a portion of the building as part of the sale.
