Stow, MA Joel Aho, president of Aho Properties, represented the seller, Stow Brook Realty Inc., in the sale of a 12,500 s/f office building located at 636 Great Rd. The property was purchased as an investment property by Koop Realty, LLC.

Aho Properties represented the new ownership of 636 Great Rd. in leasing the last remaining vacant space in the building to Concord Tree & Landscape. The building is now fully leased.
