Aho of Aho Props. leases 6,690 s/f industrial to A.B.E. Electrical Installations and brokers $530,000 sale

 

 

Hudson, MA  Joel Aho, president of Aho Properties LLC, represented ownership in the lease of 6,690 s/f of industrial space to A.B.E. Electrical Installations at 19 Bonazzoli Ave. The property is now fully leased.

In a separate off-market transaction, Aho represented RBA Associates LLC in the sale of 2.9 acres of industrial land at 22 Bonazzoli Ave. to Timothy Shannon for $530,000. Aho Properties helped broker the sale of 18 Bonazzoli Ave. for the same seller at $4.05 million earlier this year.
