The building was mostly leased at the time of the sale with one 3,153 s/f suite on the third floor being marketed for lease.
40 Nagog represents the second acquisition in the park where O’Brien Commercial has represented Technology Point Properties following a previous purchase of 42 Nagog in 2011.
