Aho of O'Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. handles $180,000 sale
Joel Aho of O'Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. represented the seller, Steve Wnuk, in the sale of two commercial condos for $180,000. One property is located at 100 Park St.
The buyer is Rollstone Properties, LLC. GMP Piping of Leominster will be using it for part of their operations.
