Aho of O'Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. represents CAMI Research Inc. in $1.6 million purchase
Joel Aho of O'Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. sold 42 Nagog Park, a 41,314 s/f condo building. He represented the buyer Christopher Strangio of CAMI Research Inc. in the purchase. The sale price was $1.6 million.
The new owner plans to have his company occupy part of the building and has hired O'Brien Commercial Properties to market for lease the remaining vacant space CAMI will not be using.
Mike Frisoli, JR McDonald and Rory Walsh of Cushman and Wakefield represented the seller ND/Winrock Acton LLC in this transaction.
