Chelmsford, MA Joel Aho of O’Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. represented the buyer, Gurukul Realty LLC, in the purchase of the former day care facility at 317 Littleton Rd. for $400,000 from KC Propco LLC. The new ownership plans to run a day care operation out of the property.

Also, Aho subleased 2,750 s/f of office/flex space at 121 Bartlett St. in Marlboro Mass. Aho represented the sublessor, Docuserve, Inc., in the transaction and procured the sub-tenant, Aeroseal Windows & Storefront, directly.
