Aho Properties brokers $1.55 million land sale
Northboro, MA Aho Properties LLC represented ACZ Cedar Hill LLC in the sale of 6.43 acres of industrial land at 400 Cedar Hill St. to New England Futbol Club, Inc. for $1.55 million.
Aho Properties had represented the seller in buying the land site for $900,000 in April of last year and was able to help them sell the site for a nice profit in a little over one year’s time. The buyer plans to build an indoor soccer field on the site.
