Aho Properties leases 61,130 s/f warehouse space
Northboro, MA Joel Aho, president of Aho Properties LLC, represented Massachusetts Container Corp. in the lease of 61,130 s/f of warehouse space at 150 Hayes Memorial Dr.
The property is a 167,438 s/f high bay warehouse that was built in 2020. The tenant owns a facility nearby at 300 Cedar Hill St. in Marlboro, and this lease expands their capacity in the area. They were able to come to terms at 150 Hayes after evaluating options in a tight leasing market.
