Aho Properties sells industrial condos for $770,000
Hudson, MA Joel Aho, president of Aho Properties, represented the seller in the sale of two industrial condos at 282 Central St. Each unit is 1,825 s/f. Aho procured the buyer of unit 10 directly for $390,000, and Alex Wood from SVN Parsons represented the buyer of unit 9 at $380,000. Unit 9 was sold for over the original asking price in a multiple bid scenario, and unit 10 sold without ever being listed.
