Canton, MA Joel Aho, president of Aho Properties, LLC, represented ownership in the sale of 1 Whitman Rd. for $2.3 million.
The property is a 13,240 s/f office/flex building on 8.56 acres of industrial zoned land.
The buyer is going to use the upper floor themselves while Clarke Schools for Hearing and Speech will continue to lease the lower level.
