Aho Properties sells Shirley, MA industrial property for $2.55 million
Shirley, MA Joel Aho, president of Aho Properties, represented ownership in the sale of a 41,037 s/f industrial property at 76 Walker Rd. for $2.55 million.
The property was fully occupied by Thermo-Fab Corp. under a long-term lease at the time of the sale. Thermo-Fab had occupied the building since it was constructed and had recently been sold to a private equity firm who leased the building from the former owners who then sold the building.
