Hudson MA Joel Aho, president of Aho Properties, represented the buyer, TMX Property LLC, in purchasing four fully leased industrial condos at 282 Central St. The four units are leased to a single company and were not being marketed at the time of sale. Aho had sold two units to the buyer previously and contacted the seller directly in an off-market transaction. The sale price was $710,000.
