Boston, MA In two separate transactions, Akelius acquired two adjacent properties in South Boston. 320 D St., also known as West Sq., and 339 D St. were built in 2014 and comprise of 255 and 24 apartments, respectively. The booming neighborhood is located in the central portion of Boston with a good supply of shops and cafés.
The acquisitions are Akelius’ first in Boston. After the acquisition Akelius owns 14 properties with 1,206 units in the USA.
