Vincent Albanese, Michael Alberico and Andrew Bonica, all of Paramount Partners, LLC, exclusively represented the landlord, Dividend Capital Total Realty Trust and tenant, Joseph's Outdoor Living in the leasing of 12,116 s/f of retail space at 1271 Washington St. Paramount Partners, LLC was able to secure Joseph's Outdoor Living Center which is a subsidiary of Josephs Do It Best Hardware a 6 store chain on the South Shore for their first initial Outdoor Living concept which focuses on outdoor living items such as grills, patio furniture, hammocks, etc.
