Davis Marcus Partners, one of New England's leading real estate development companies, signed Tygris Commercial Finance to a long term lease to occupy 14,687 s/f of space at the newly completed and environmentally sustainable 40 Danbury Rd.
The first Gold LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) pre-certified office building in Connecticut, 40 Danbury Rd. is set within the 33-acre landscaped office campus at Wilton Corporate Park and located at the center of Fairfield County's Rte. 7 corporate corridor. Tygris becomes the second tenant to occupy space at the 161,222 s/f three-story Class A office building. Louis Dreyfus Corporation, the first tenant, occupies the entire top floor.

The Gold LEED certification is a third-party certification program and the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction and operation of high performance environmentally conscious buildings.

Wilton Corporate Park, a four-building office compound, consists of two existing office buildings at 50 and 64 Danbury Rd. which are fully leased to a blue chip tenant roster including AIG Financial Products, Ryan Partnership and Connolly Consulting, and two new Class A office buildings at 40 and 60 Danbury Rd. The 81,950 s/f 60 Danbury Rd. is scheduled for completion in November.
