Allaire joins Century 21 as a broker associate

According to Century 21 Commonwealth, Jeff Allaire has joined their commercial division as a broker associate. Allaire brings over 5 years of experience in commercial brokerage. He was responsible for founding the commercial division at his former firm. Most recently Allaire brokered a 44-acre industrial land sale and has worked with national retail tenants including Subway Real Estate Corp. and Liberty Tax Service. He is a licensed broker in Mass. and a licensed salesperson in R.I. Allaire has developed a specialty in the disposition of commercial REO property owned by community and regional banks. Jeff Allaire will service clients from Century 21 Commonwealth offices in Franklin, Westborough, Hopkinton, Medfield, Framingham and Natick.
