Allaire of Century 21 Commonwealth arranges $600,000 sale for B L S, LP
Jeff Allaire of Century 21 Commonwealth Commercial has sold 745 South Main St for $600,000.
Allaire represented the seller B L S Limited Partnership and procured the buyers Michael & Julie Sutherland. The building is a 6,260 s/f retail building situated on 3.9 acres on Rte. 126. The building was the former home of Schafer's Nursery. The new buyers will use a portion of the building for their business, The Jolicoeur Overhead Door Co. The owners intend to lease the remaining portion for retail use.
Allaire will represent the new owners as exclusive leasing agent.
