Allaire of Century 21 Commonwealth Commercial sells 6,831 s/f building for $2.09 million

Jeff Allaire of Century 21 Commonwealth Commercial represented the seller, Joshua Realty, LLC, and procured the buyer, Bellingham Auto, LLC, in the $2.09 million sale of a 6,831 s/f free standing Advance Auto Parts building. The store was constructed in 2008 with an upgraded brick exterior. It is located at a signaled intersection directly across from a Stop & Shop at 45 Pulaski Blvd. The lease had approximately 13 years remaining on the original 15 year term. The sale closed at $305 per s/f representing a 7.81% Cap Rate.
