Mason of Executive Realty brokers $750,000 sale of Red Mill Crossing

Eileen Mason, sales agent for the Commercial Division of Re/Max Executive Realty, recently represented both the seller and buyer exclusively in the sale of Red Mill Crossing at 288-294 East Main St. Mason was the leasing agent for the entire 7,200 s/f retail plaza, securing leases with Kelly's Crossing, LA Express Salon and Mangia Pizza. She then consummated the sale of the fully leased Red Mill Crossing for $750,000. The property was purchased by TAK Realty, Ltd. and the seller was Thorndike Development Corp.
