Allaire of Century 21 Commonwealth handles $535,000 sale in Pawtucket
Jeff Allaire of Century 21 Commonwealth Commercial recently represented the seller, Lacroix Properties, LLC in the $535,000 sale of a 19-unit office building located at 90 Lafayette St.
The Durant Building features 19 office units and was 80% occupied at the time of the sale. Included in the sale was a two-unit apartment building at 100 Lafayette St.
Kathy Coutu of Century 21 Stachurski Agency represented the buyer, TFK Realty I, LLC in the acquisition.
