Demopulos of Lincoln Appraisal earns AI-RRS designation

George Demopulos, MRICS, RA, SRA, AI-RRS president and chief valuations officer of Lincoln Appraisal & Settlement Services, has earned the Appraisal Institute Residential Review Specialist designation (AI-RRS). To earn the designation, Demopulos had to demonstrate good moral character; meet ethics and education requirements; pass a comprehensive examination; and show exemplary experience in conducting residential appraisal reviews. AI-RRS appraisers have the experience and knowledge that give them the tools to address the issues unique to residential real estate property review appraisals.
