Kitchen Cove Cabinetry leased 1,829 s/f of retail space at 332 Forest Ave. from Oakhurst Properties, LLC. Katie Allen from NAI The Dunham Group and Karen Rich from Cardente Real Estate brokered the lease.
In another transaction, Justin Fletcher leased 1,370 s/f of retail space at 30 Forest Falls Dr., Yarmouth from Mellin Holdings, LLC. Allen from NAI The Dunham Group and Bob Poor from Granite Ridge Property Group brokered the lease.
Lynnfield, MA According to Combined Properties, Inc., Conduent Inc., a leader in document technology and services for more than half a century, has renewed its lease of 164,095 s/f at 66-70 Broadway. The complex has served Conduent and prior affiliates since 1996.
