Kenney of ARC Realty Advisors leases to two at Stateline Plaza
Ray Kenney of ARC Realty Advisors brokered two new leases at Stateline Plaza on behalf of the owner, Northstar Centers, LLC.
Sleepy's has leased 8,000 s/f and Federal Cigar has leased 2,500 s/f.
Kenney said, "On behalf of Northstar, we are pleased that we can bring these tenants to Stateline Plaza. We are at nearly 90% leased, but still have a few opportunities for quality retailers."
The noted tenants join Shaw's Supermarket, TJ Maxx, Petco, TMobile, Gamestop, CVS as well as other operators.
