Alvarado and Parsons of Parsons Commercial Group, Inc. handle 6,198 s/f in leases at 40 Nagog Park

Marci Alvarado, vice president and Jake Parsons, vice president at Parsons Commercial Group, Inc. completed two lease transactions at 40 Nagog Park, which is owned by Key Alliance, LLC. Perillon Software leased 3,300 s/f of office space to accommodate their expansion. Perillon Software serves the enterprise sustainability management market according to their website. Brainloop, Inc. also leased office space at 40 Nagog Park taking over 2,898 s/f. Brainloop is a German based secure file sharing and syncing company. They were represented by John Caroll III and Kevin Brawley of Colliers International. "Marci and Jake definitely did a great job and we're fortunate to have found them to represent us in leasing this space," said Ajay Kapur of Key Alliance. Parsons provides commercial real estate services including, tenant/landlord representation, investment sales, property and asset management, development and construction management, advisory and distressed asset advisory services.
