Alvarado of Parsons Commercial Group, Inc. completes 22,000 s/f sublease at One Research Drive

Marci Alvarado, vice president at Parsons Commercial Group, Inc. (PCG), recently completed a 22,000 s/f office sublease at One Research Dr. Consumer United, who has an existing office in Boston is an auto, home and life insurance company, subleased the space to accommodate their expansion needs. The sub-tenant will be taking occupancy soon. "The arrangement was a "win-win" for all parties. The sub-landlord was able to accommodate Consumer United's immediate expansion needs while shedding some of their excess space," said Alvarado. Alvarado, represented the sub-landlord while Jeremy Hood of T3 Advisors represented Consumer United in the deal. One Research Dr. is a class A, 283,797 s/f office building set within Westborough Business Park. The property is adjacent to Rte. 9 at the center of the prime I-495 West office submarket in suburban Boston. The property which is owned by KBS Realty Advisors continues to be in high demand due to its presence, corporate identity and image within the marketplace. Companies such as University of Phoenix and MetLife are located at One Research Dr.
