Amadei of R.W. Holmes leases 68,356 s/f
at 358 Second Ave.

Waltham, MA R.W. Holmes negotiated a 68,356 s/f lease extension.

QinetiQ, an integrated global defense and security company focused on mission-led innovation, extended its R&D and lab space at 358 Second Ave.

R.W. Holmes serves as the exclusive leasing agent for the building, which is owned by Hillside Associates.

R.W. Holmes senior vice president Arthur Amadei represented the landlord. Colliers provided advisory services to the tenant.

“358 Second Ave. is strategically located on Rte. 128 in the heart of the central Rte. 128-95 submarket,” said Amadei. “We’re very pleased that QinetiQ extending its lease, making it one of the largest lease extensions in this submarket.”
