Amadei of RW Holmes Realty leases 22,500 s/f to Newton Wellesley Hospital

Newton-Wellesley Hospital, signed a 15,200 s/f lease renewal at 173 Worcester St., and a new 7,400-s/f expansion in the same office park at 195 Worcester St. The four-story, 30,000 s/f class B office building at 195 Worcester was constructed in 1981 and renovated in 1996. The single-story, 31,000 s/f, class B office building at 173 Worcester was built in 1973. The structures are located in the David Nassif Office Park, which is in the Wellesley/Needham submarket. Arthur Amadei, senior vice president of RW Holmes Realty Co. Inc. represented the landlord, David Nassif Co. Julie Gray, senior vice president of McCall & Almy Inc., represented the tenant. Since 1976 R.W. Holmes has assisted corporations and investor/developers with their local, national, and international real estate needs. R.W.
