Amenity space completed at The Parker

Boston, MA The private membership club-inspired amenities inside The Parker, one of Boston’s most luxurious new condos, has been completed. Overlooking Boston Common within the city’s Theater District, The Parker is inspired by the area’s rich history of personal expression. The building’s amenity collection was designed by Zarifi Design to evoke New York City’s illustrious, exclusive membership clubs and downtown’s theater spaces. The amenities embrace brass detailing, black oak panelling and deep red accents.

One of the most notable amenities is, surprisingly, the fitness center. Unlike your typical condo gym, this is the first condo fitness center designed by Gronk Fitness and features hand-selected equipment to offer residents a professional athlete-level workout. The space was modeled after professional training facilities.

There’s also a furnished roof deck overlooking Boston Common. Featuring teak canopies and a fire pit, this sky lounge is usable even in cooler months and provides unparalleled views of the park, Charles River and Back Bay right from home. The Parker’s other impressive amenities include a speakeasy-inspired cocktail lounge complete with a brass bar, private theater with banquette seating and sound-proof walls, and billiards room featuring a custom pool table and lounge seating.
